During your time in London this summer do not miss the oportunity of enter in the State Rooms of the Buckingham Palace, recognised around the world as the focus of national and royal celebrations and see the regular Changing the Guard ceremony.

We will start at Piccadilly,passing through Green Park, we will walk past Spencer House, for many years the ancestral home of Princess Diana's family and Marlborough House. The tour then goes along The Mall which is the great tree lined approach from the official centre of London in Trafalgar Square to Buckingham Palace.

Continuing along the Mall our tour takes us to Clarence House home of His Royal Highness Prince Charles, the Prince of Wales and his wife Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall. This was the London home of the Queen Mother for 50 years until her death at the age of 101. We will pass St. James Palace and after that, we will go through St. James's Park, following the lake, viewing the wildlife and fabulous views down to Westminster and make our way past the Wellington Barracks, where the preparation for the Changing of the Guard can be seen (please note this is not necessarily every day, it cannot be guaranteed). If the Guard change is taking place visitors will see the ceremonial march into the forecourt of the Palace and then continue past the famous frontage of Buckingham Palace, and so into Buckingham Palace where the splendour of the British Royal residence where you will pass through the grand State Rooms with an audio guide, viewing among others the Throne Room, Picture Gallery and Ballroom.
